When you submit the schedule form we collect what you type: your name, how to reach you, and your child’s age range. Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical data such as IP address and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to you and arrange a first conversation. Form submissions are delivered to the practice and are not used for marketing lists.

Please keep the website form to the basics: your name, contact details, and your child’s age. Do not include clinical details, symptoms, or other sensitive health information; the website form is not the place for it, and we will gather everything needed during your first call.

Once your family becomes a patient of the practice, clinical information is handled under applicable health privacy laws (including HIPAA) through the practice’s clinical systems, not this website.

This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Web fonts load from Google Fonts, and placeholder photography loads from Unsplash. These providers receive the technical data needed to serve the site.

This website is intended for parents and guardians, not for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
