About this website
This website is operated by Child Family Concierge LLC ("we," "us"). It provides general information about our practice and a way to request an appointment. The content on this site is for informational purposes only.
Nothing on this website is medical advice, and using this site or submitting an appointment request does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when the practice formally accepts your family as a patient.
Not for emergencies
This website and its contact form are not monitored for urgent situations. If your child is in crisis or danger, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 immediately. Do not use this website to seek emergency help.
Appointment requests
Submitting the schedule form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We aim to reply within one business day. Availability, fees, and acceptance as a patient are confirmed directly with the practice.
Use of the site and intellectual property
You may browse and share this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. The content, design, and branding belong to Child Family Concierge LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it or submitting false, harmful, or unlawful content through the form.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no guarantee that it is complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Child Family Concierge LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this website.
